Marrakech Guesthouse has a strict Cancellation policy to protect us against cancellations.
Reservations: 50% Deposit with booking. Balance is to be paid on arrival.
The following cancellation fees apply:

• Up to 21 days prior to arrival: 30% due
• Up to 14 days prior to arrival: 50% due
• Up to 1 days prior to arrival  : 75% due
• No show or cancellation on day of arrival : 100% due

When we receive your proof of payment we then confirm the accommodation is still available.
Confirmation of reservation is only guaranteed once proof of payment is forwarded to us.
